Shopping at REAL SHOPY, your items should reach you within 7-10 days of your order Confirmation. In case the item of the order placed is in back order, shipping may take a little longer which will be communicated to you. No extra charges and duties on Items. Free shipping across all India Terrain.

If you think, your order is delayed than the mentioned time, please feel free to contact Us. Please ensure you have provided us all important information, including your contact number, address, area pin code to your Location. In order to ensure your ordered product reaches you safely and on time, we use renown courier services such as Delhivery, Xpressbess, Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, Udaan Express, Gati and more. We don’t compromise on your order deliveries with local courier Vendors.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to Bad Weather Condition and other unforeseen Circumstances.

We accept replacement only for the manufacturing defects of the products.

The Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

At REAL SHOPY, we are committed to ensure that you have hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a manufacturing defect or dead-on arrival; you can ask for an replacement for the former.

Replacement should be made within 7 Days of your Purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st January, the last day to replacement your product is 7th of January). Product should be in original condition, undamaged Packing. Any Item(s) being replacement should also be replacement with all accessories; manuals that may have been bundled with the main Product.

Product should be accompanied with original sales invoice along with returning Item(s).

In case of replacement, please mail us the product details along with your order reference number and return reason along with pictures of Items to contact@realshopy.com. Our representative will reply within 24 hours. SHOPY VISION Reserves the rights to deduct handling charges of from the product being replacement and stop you Replacement in case of product physically damaged and Malfunctioning from your side.

If the product was collected (no defective packaging, all manuals / items / accessories accounted for), then only the product will be replaced. If the Product weight is greater than 1 kg, customer have to send the product to origin if the Replacement is approved and they also have to bear Additional Charges.
 
For brands like JBL, Harman Kardon, Infinity, Marshall you have to go to respective authorized service center for the warranty because they give best services. 

WHEN REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT POSSIBLE

There are certain conditions in which returns are not possible by REAL SHOPY. They are as Follows:

  • The Replacement request is made outside the specified time Frame.
  • Customer says battery backup is not proper because in electronics items. Firstly, you have to drain the battery percentage to 0% and then charge it fully to 100%. Only then it gives proper battery backup and 99% of the customers are facing only this issue with the battery backup.
  • The product is damaged because of Use.
  • The product is not in the same state as you received It.
  • The item has been used and Installed.
  • Item with physical Damages.
  • The product serial numbers missing/tempered from the main Box.
  • There is anything missing from the package received, including price tags, labels and original Packing.
  • Product without invoice is not liable to Exchange.

WHEN REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED

  • REAL SHOPY Provides Replacement only when the product is having any manufacturing defect. It is firstly verified by our quality team. 
  • REAL SHOPY Initiates the Replacements within 3-5 Days of time Span.

HOW DO I CANCEL AND ORDER?

  • Once the order has been made, the order cannot be canceled after shipment of your order.

WARRANTY

    • All items include manufacturing Warranty from the brand itself.
    • Physical damages to items are not covered under Warranty.
    • Warranty time span for items are valid under manufacturer warranty Terms.
    • Please provide your sales invoices to claim Warranty.

Warranty is applicable across all India service Centre’s by Manufactures & REAL SHOPY Service Centre’s.

Return & Refund Policy

If You have received a damaged or wrong product then it has to be reported to contact@realshopy.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product with uncut video of un-boxing the product. If the outer packing has been tampered with, ripped, pressed or is otherwise damaged then you must leave a remark on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive provides during delivery about damaged box or package and make an un-cut video of un-boxing the package and mail it to contact@realshopy.com within 24 hrs of delivery.

  • Refund will not be valid in this case – The specifications given by us are updated after the company’s product launches, these remain the same until the product is discontinued by the company. If there are any changes in this interval, such as technical updates and accessories or packing, then the customer will have to automatically check that product’s official website. We will not have any responsibility in this
  • You will be dispatched the product in which you will get the product & accessories which have been sent by the company.

  • If the company changes the product after its launch, it will not be our responsibility to send the packaged pieces to you.

  • If the piece comes wrong then we take responsibility for it. If there is some change in the specification, then you can cross check in the official company of that product.

  •  In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • We want you to have a pleasurable shopping experience with us. While most of our customers use our policies as intended, we would really appreciate it if everyone would kindly respect our policies so that we can continue serving you better.
  • We don’t want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin the experience for everyone else.

Cancellation Policy

For order cancellation mail has to be sent to contact@realshopy.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Payment Gateway Fees or Financial Service Fees will not be refunded if order is cancelled. 
  • If customer pay through EMI in Payment Gateway. So, there will be high transaction charges. Which will not be refunded if customer cancels the order.

Procedure of Replacements

  • Mail us at contact@realshopy.com with your reason for Replacement with product’s unboxing video, Replacements are not accepted without proper testing by the service centers of the product company.
  • Please understand firstly you have to go to service center for knowing the proper reason what is wrong in the product then we only accept Replacement (For Home Theatres we will give you the Customer Support number of company if any problem in the product you have to call to the Support number and technical assistance is provided to you on behalf of the product company and all the steps will be taken by the Home Theatre Company).
  • Once the replacement request accepted, pickup will be generated by us.
  • The replacement product is dispatched after 2 days right after the pickup product is delivered to the company.

If I request for replacement, when will I get it?

Visit the order section under “My Account” to check the status of your replacement. The replacement order is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Check your SMS and email for further details.

Can items be Replaced after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Replacement policy?

No, the item cannot be Replaced after the mentioned time period in the seller’s Replacement policy.

Do I have to Replacement the freebie when I Replace a product?

Yes, the freebie needs to be returned along with the product.

How does Replacement work?

For asking for a Replacement, you need to mail us at contact@shopyvision.com. Your request will be processed as soon as you mail us. But if Replacement time period exceed we can’t take any actions. We only take actions if product has manufactured defects, Our technical team firstly analyze it properly and then only take the action. However, sometimes we also recommend customers to go to service center and properly check the product. Thank you!
